U.S. Soldiers' Stories in WWI

Today we'll start by commenting on the new administration and current events.

Then, I'll introduce the in-class writing tomorrow. WWI Writing 2017. In addition to your look at the end of the war and Treaty of Versailles in the Choices reading for tonight, you may prepare your evidence for the in-class writing by filling in the chart.

We'll finish by looking at two perspectives of American Involvement in WWI:

• The story of Joe Bonham (from Johnny Got His Gun by Dalton Trumbo)
